Please settle your hotel bill at the reception. We accept MasterCard/Eurocard, Diners Club, Visa, JCB, American Express, and Eurocheque cards. Cash payments are not preferred.

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. You are welcome to store your luggage with us in advance. Our reception is staffed until 9:00 pm. For later arrivals up to midnight, check-in can be arranged with our bar staff at the house bar. Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive late.

We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11:00 am on your departure day. After check-out, luggage can be stored free of charge at reception. Reception opens from 6:00 am

At Chin-Chin, we serve à la carte breakfast daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and from 7:00 am for our hotel guests.
If you would like to have breakfast with us, please reserve your table at the reception.

Dogs are not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Children sleep free in the parents’ bed (with 2 full-paying adults). An extra bed is available for €30 per night, and a baby cot for €20 per night.

Please contact us before your arrival if you require an extra bed or cot so we can ensure availability and prepare the most suitable room for you.

You can park in the underground garage at the Theater, just 100 m from the hotel (Bismarckplatz 10, 93047 Regensburg). Discounted parking tickets are available at reception and are only required when exiting the garage (prices subject to change). Short-term drop-off and pick-up can be done directly at the hotel entrance.

Additionally, guests with electric vehicles can use a parking space in the hotel courtyard with a charging station. Please book in advance when making your reservation or at the latest before arrival. Usage fees apply and will be added to your hotel bill.

Chin-Chin is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed only outdoors on the balconies and at the hotel entrance. We appreciate your cooperation. A cleaning fee of €150 will be applied in case of non-compliance.

Individual bookings (up to 3 rooms):

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the arrival date are free of charge.

• Cancellations or changes after 6:00 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival, will be charged the cost of one night on the credit card.

Group bookings (4 rooms or more):

• 45 days prior to arrival: no fee

• 44–30 days prior: 25% of the reserved services

• 29–15 days prior: 50% of the reserved services

• 14–7 days prior: 75% of the reserved services

• 7 days prior: 100% of the reserved services

• 1 day prior: a maximum of 10% of rooms may be cancelled free of charge
