Cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM, 24h prior, will incur a charge of 90% of the first night’s rate.

Reception is open until 9:00 PM. Guests arriving later (up to midnight) may check in at the bar; please notify us in advance.

Check-out by 11:00 AM. Luggage may be stored free of charge after departure. Reception opens at 6:00 AM.
Do Not Disturb
Hang the provided sign on your door if you do not wish to be disturbed or if your room should not be cleaned.
Elevator
Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator, as it is housed in a historic building. Guests with mobility impairments are asked to contact us before arrival so we can reserve a room on a lower floor.
As mentioned, there is no elevator due to the historic nature of the building. Guests with mobility restrictions should contact us in advance to reserve a lower-floor room.

Please follow the instructions on your room door and in the hallways.
EV Charging
A parking space with a charging station is available in the hotel courtyard for electric vehicles. Fees: €2 per hour or €15 per day. Current electricity price: €0.60/kWh. Payment is added to the hotel bill. Additional EV charging is available at the nearby Theater underground car park (Bismarckplatz).

All rooms are equipped with a minibar. Still and sparkling mineral water are provided free of charge.

Please settle your hotel bill at the reception. We accept MasterCard/Eurocard, Diners Club, Visa, JCB, American Express, and Eurocheque cards. Cash payment is not accepted.

Dogs are not permitted in hotel rooms.

Smoking
The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on balconies or outside the main entrance. Non-compliance incurs a €150 cleaning fee.

Each room has its own safe; instructions are provided in the room.
Shoe Polishing
A shoe polishing machine is on the 1st floor. A shoe sponge is available in your wardrobe as an alternative.
Taxi
Reception can order a taxi. To avoid long waits in the morning, pre-booking is recommended.

A portable device for internal and external calls is available at the reception at any time.
It’s very easy to use – simply enter the phone number and press the green button to call. Press the red button to hang up.
You can reach the reception by dialling 10 and our Chin-Chin Bar by dialling 12.

Toiletries such as a toothbrush or razor are available at reception for €2.

Laundry / Cleaning
Laundry left at reception before 9:00 AM is returned the same evening (Mon–Fri only). Laundry bags are provided in the wardrobe.
