Our double rooms combine historic charm with modern comforts. Each of the 12 rooms is dedicated to a period in Regensburg’s history and individually decorated. Stay, for example, in the room of the famous Regensburg hatmaker or in the Cathedral Room. The rooms offer lovely views of Gesandtenstraße or our tranquil inner courtyard.
Our standard double rooms are equipped with a queen-size bed, seating area, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. If you prefer an air-conditioned room, please book one of our six Comfort Double Rooms. As our hotel is housed in a historic, listed building, all rooms are accessible only via stairs.

Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us in advance. Our reception is staffed until 9:00 p.m. For late arrivals until midnight, check-in is possible with the bar staff at our hotel bar. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our reception afterward. Our reception is staffed from 6:00 a.m.
At Chin-Chin, we serve à la carte breakfast daily from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and for our hotel guests starting at 7:00 a.m.

Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms.
Children sleep free in their parents’ bed (with 2 full-paying adults). An extra bed is available for €30 per night, and a baby cot for €20 per night.

You can park in the underground garage at the Theater, 100 m from the hotel (Bismarckplatz 10, 93047 Regensburg). Discounted parking tickets are available at the reception and are only needed when exiting the garage (subject to current price changes). For loading and unloading, the hotel can be approached directly.

Additionally, we offer guests with electric vehicles temporary use of a parking space in our courtyard with a charging station. Please reserve in advance when booking or at the latest before arrival. Fees apply and will be charged to your hotel bill.
Please note that our hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and outside at the hotel entrance. We appreciate your understanding. A €150 cleaning fee will apply if this policy is not observed.
Individual Bookings (up to 3 rooms): Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations or changes after 6:00 p.m., 24 hours prior to arrival, the credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.
Group Bookings (4 rooms or more):
- 45 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- 44 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the agreed services
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed services
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed services
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed services
- On the day before arrival, a maximum of 10% of the rooms can be cancelled free of charge
