Kim has recently joined our bar – becoming part of our stage and part of the Chin-Chin family. She is now also the face, the voice, and the energy that make our Chin-Chin Bar what it is.

Where Hotel and Bar Become One
In 2015, we turned a big dream into reality: opening our very first boutique hotel, after running a 70-room hotel in Regensburg from 2007 to 2012. A year later, we brought our favourite bar to life. The hotel became “Hotel Bohemian”, and the bar – naturally – “Chin-Chin”.
